Limited- Edition Prints- Its All In The Details

I’m excited about working on my first group of Artist Proofs for the Limited-Edition prints. Not all paintings make the cut to Limited Edition. So, in the next few months be watching for the release. This is a long process for me to do. Collecting my artwork from galleries and a few clients, sending art to the photographer, picking out the detail changes, ordering art proofs and starting the process all over again for another set of proofs until it’s perfect. Quality is everything. I’m blessed to have a professional printer that I have been using for years that I trust.

It’s has been quite a journey to this point in my art print sales. I’ve always wanted Limited Edition in my collection. But I know not all my work thru the years are worth the Limited Edition signed and number. I needed the market to demand the timing not me. As an artist I wanted my LE to add value for my collectors and I know that day has finally come. I’ve been creating for over thirty years and almost a third of that as a full-time professional artist.

And here it is …

Do I believe many of prints are out there that would have made the cut too, absolutely. So, I thought it was time to take the plunge. I’m grateful my original art value has increased significantly in the past few years for my art journey and for art collectors’ investment. Soon my collectors will have their print purchase be an investment also that they feel confident about.

With this new avenue comes changes. I decided to open a commercial print brand “Jacstone Art” with many of prints thru the years, some not being the “Fine Art Quality” however some of these prints have been best sellers and I want to continue that collection under the new name, So those prints will still be available. My Fine Art journey will continue as Audrey Caylor Art with a few Open Edition and Limited Edition available through my website and galleries.

No release date yet. but be watching for them. . .
